Watercolor and woodcarving
Mike Yazel has pursued art his entire life. He has worked in Water Color and Oils for over 30 years and is an avid wood carver. Mike has been a painter of the Indiana landscape for decades with a special affinity for its barns and woodlands. More recently he has become interested in the challenge of Plein Aire painting although his first Plein Aire work was completed 33 years ago. While still doing studio work his Plein Aire paintings dominate his current body of work.
